We're serious about safety.

The following procedures are continuing or being implemented

 

•Masks will be worn by both staff and clients. Prepare to arrive with masks on.

 

•We will no longer have a waiting area to allow us all to safely work while socially distancing.

 

•Gloves will be worn by all staff and nails will be kept short to prevent bacteria and buildup and of course so the gloves won’t be punctured. These will also be single-use and disposed of between clients. Gloves will not be required of our Lash Addicts

 

•Face shields will be worn by all staff at all times and will be properly disinfected after each client. As we perform our services in extremely close proximity to the face, we want to ensure you provide as much safety barriers as possible.

 

•Hand sanitizer has always been around at Persona® and will still be placed at all our stations and the front desk.

 

•Hand washing or hand sanitizing will be required before your appointment and our Persona® Gal's always wash and disinfect between clients!

 

•Tools have always been and continue to be disinfected between clients. We each have a few sets to rotate between so our tools can simmer in their disinfectant and properly air dry for as long as possible!

 

•Regular sanitization continues in between clients:

 

•Wiping down beds, trolleys, floors and walls between each client using disinfectant wipes and disinfecting spray

 

•Sterilizing and rotating multiple sets of tools

 

•Disposing of all single-use items

 

•Handwashing between clients

 

•Additional sanitization of “high touch” items to keep our team and lounge clean

 

•Masks, face shields and gloves are to be worn by staff during service

 

•Taking staff temperatures daily and client temperatures at the door. 

 

•Filling out Health Questionnaire forms everytime entering the Lash Lounge both staff and clients.

 

•A strict policy is in place for team members who have COVID symptoms to remain at home

 

•Self-quarantine for 14 days for anyone who has traveled outside of Canada

 

•Reduced capacity

 

•Removal of waiting room

 

•Addition of sneeze guards at reception
